My daughters get along fairly well together. They have their share of spats, but for the most part enjoy one another's company. Ava and Jocelyn are beginning to play together - dolls, dress up, pretend - but it is rare that all three of them will do anything together other than wrestle with their Daddy. So this afternoon's activity was an unusual but fun time:
All three children peacefully coloring. There was no pushing for space, no arguing over the same crayon. It was a fun 15 minutes or so of shared activity, and a beacon of hope for many more shared playtimes to come.
